JFK New Terminal One
The New Terminal One (NTO) will reimagine the international passenger experience at John F. Kennedy International Airport. NTO will serve as a global gateway to the New York metropolitan area and set a new standard for world-class design and service, aspiring to be among the top ten airport terminals in the world. NTO will be a 23-gate, state-of-the-art terminal. Sustainably designed and future focused, the terminal will feature expansive, naturally lit, public spaces, cutting edge technology, and an array of amenities, all designed to enhance the customer experience and compete with some of the highest-rated airport terminals in the world. With more than 300,000 square feet of dining, retail, lounges, and recreational space, NTO will offer passengers a uniquely New York sense of place, with a Queens flavor.
One Vanderbilt
One Vanderbilt at 1,401 feet tall will feature 1.7 million square feet of office space as well as 30,000 square feet of world class dining areas and will have an underground connection to grand central terminal. Click on the picture to the right for installation progress photos.
One Times Square
The redevelopment, which will open much of the building’s interior to the public for the first time in decades, includes the creation of a viewing deck and museum experience. The viewing deck will provide a closer look at the New Year’s Eve Ball and an elevated view of Times Square. The museum will tell the story of the building, New Year’s Eve celebration, and its place in the history of Times Square.
425 Park Avenue
This will be one of the first 21st century building's on Park Avenue raising 847 feet high and will serve as mainly office space with a restaurant.
The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center
The 110-year-old Animal Medical Center on Manhattan’s East Side will get new emergency and intensive care units, more space for research — and even a grassy new balcony dog run and park.
When completed, the 26,000-square-foot nonprofit facility will acquire another 11,000 square feet, with four additional operating rooms and extra conference space for postgraduate veterinary training.
NYU Langone Health Main Campus
This project consists of updating some of the key plumbing systems within the hospital as well as fit out to some floors. This also includes other projects in the Tisch Building and the Perlmutter Cancer Center Building.
H.S. Q472
A new, approximately 3,079-seat high school (HS) facility, currently known as HS 472Q, at 51-30 Northern Boulevard in the Woodside section of Queens. The proposed new school facility will serve students in grade levels nine through twelve within the Borough of Queens, which is expected to include three different high school organizations and a District 75 program.
Fordham McGinley Student Center
A new addition a renovation of the McGinley Student Center at Fordham University. Construction is being completed in two phases. The first phase consists of a new 71,000-square-foot four-story building housing the student center, situated in front of the existing McGinley Center. The second phase will include an arcade that connects the two structures, as well as renovations to the McGinley Center and a new dining facility to be completed by 2025.

LaGuardia Airport Delta Concourse F
Concourse F is going to be one of the 4 Concourse serving the new terminal C for Delta Airlines at LaGuardia Airport.
NYU Langone Medical Center
This building will be the future home to new state of the art medical
research labs for New York University Langone Medical Center.
540 West 25th Street
This building will serve as the new Chelsea headquarters for Pace Gallery as an eight-story art gallery complex.
Mercado Little Spain
Located directly underneath the High Line at 10 Hudson Yards, Mercado Little Spain will be a dining and market destination bringing the best food, drinks, and culture of Spain right into Midtown, Manhattan.
LaGuardia Airport CHRP
The Central Refrigeration and Heating Plant project is part of the Central Terminal Building Redevelopment Project at Laguardia Airport.
